Ingredients
  

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Almond or coconut milk
  • 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup or packet of Truvia, etc.
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree fresh or canned
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup ice
  • Whip Cream optional but awesome

Instructions
 

  • Directions:
  • Put everything except the whip cream into a blend and blend until well combined.
  • Pour into 1 or 2 glasses (makes 1 huge smoothie or two calorie smart ones) and top off with whip cream and a bit of cinnamon or pumpkin spice.
  • Enjoy!
