Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
This guilty pleasure is actually backed with protein, Try this easy to make smoothie before you dig into that pumpkin pie - you're going to LOVE

Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Almond or coconut milk
- 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup or packet of Truvia, etc.
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree fresh or canned
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup ice
- Whip Cream optional but awesome
Instructions
- Directions:
- Put everything except the whip cream into a blend and blend until well combined.
- Pour into 1 or 2 glasses (makes 1 huge smoothie or two calorie smart ones) and top off with whip cream and a bit of cinnamon or pumpkin spice.
