Green Bean Garlic Saute
This is a super easy, healthy, budget-friendly green bean saute recipe. I'm all about healthy, easy, budget friendly meals.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces of fresh green beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 finely minced cloves garlic
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Cut off the top and bottom ends of green beans, rinse well and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and saute green beans, salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes
- Add minced garlic and continue cooking until until light brown and the green beans are cooked but still crisp.
- Transfer to serving bowl and serve immediately.
