Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 apple with skin any variety
  • 1 good sized carrot with skin
  • 1 frozen banana w/o peel
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to blender
  • Blend on high for 60 to 90 seconds until smooth
  • Enjoy!

Notes

You can add extras like honey, a date, or a dash of cinnamon, flax seeds, and turmeric. You can also use coconut or soy milk instead of almond milk.
