Great Tasting Kale Smoothie
This healthy smoothie tastes so good it will feel like a special treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 apple with skin any variety
- 1 good sized carrot with skin
- 1 frozen banana w/o peel
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup ice
Instructions
- Add ingredients to blender
- Blend on high for 60 to 90 seconds until smooth
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can add extras like honey, a date, or a dash of cinnamon, flax seeds, and turmeric. You can also use coconut or soy milk instead of almond milk.
