Filling Breakfast Smoothie
This is a fast, tasty and filling smoothie with a luscious, creamy texture. Full of fiber and antioxidants.
Ingredients
- 10 Frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1 Small banana cut up
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal uncooked
- 1 cup Soy milk
- 1 tsp Sugar or honey optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Notes
