This is a fast, tasty and filling smoothie with a luscious, creamy texture.  Full of fiber and antioxidants.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 Small banana cut up
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal uncooked
  • 1 cup Soy milk
  • 1 tsp Sugar or honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.

Notes

Have fun with this recipe.  Switch out the fruit with your favorites.
