Crispy Boneless Chicken Thighs
Such a flavorful chicken thigh dish! Works well with boneless, skinless chicken breasts too.
Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 2 teas Italian seasoning
- 2 teas salt
- 1 teas black pepper
- 2 teas garlic powder
- 2 teas onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a large baking sheet with foil and set aside.
- Pat chicken thighs until dry using paper towels
- Arrange the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken, rubbing in to coat.
- In a small bowl mix together the spices.
- Cover the chicken thighs evenly with the spices.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until cooked through.
- Garnish with lemon wedges (optional).
Notes
Crispy boneless chicken thighs are versatile and pair well with a variety of side dishes. Some great options include, roasted vegetables, cole slaw, sweet potato fries, Caesar salad, garlic mashed potatoes, or rice pilaf.
