Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts trimmed and cut in halve
  • 2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
  • 1/3 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. If you're lining the plan with foil, spray the foil.
  • Combine brussel sprouts with remaining ingredients and toss until well coated.
  • Spread out on the cookie sheet (not touching).
  • Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
