Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts trimmed and cut in halve
- 2 tablespoons olive or canola oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. If you're lining the plan with foil, spray the foil.
- Combine brussel sprouts with remaining ingredients and toss until well coated.
- Spread out on the cookie sheet (not touching).
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
