low-sodium chicken stock

cooked garbanzo beans

dried basil

dried oregano

dried rosemary

bay leaf

black pepper
Instructions
Preheat olive oil in a large soup pot
Put the onion, celery, red pepper, carrots, garlic, into the pot and saute for approximately 10 minutes.
Add green beans, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, basil, rosemary, oregano, bay leaf, salt, pepper and chicken stock..
Stir well to combine the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste
Serve immediately.
Notes
Add your favorite garnish (pesto, sour cream, cubed avocado, cilantro, etc.)
