Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a standard-size bread loaf pan and set aside.
Peel the bananas, add them to a large mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, eggnog, and vanilla extract.
Whisk everything together. Avoid overmixing. You can use an electric mixer if you prefer.
Add in the flour, salt, spices, baking soda, and baking powder.
Mix everything together and pour the batter into the greased bread loaf pan.
Put into the oven and bake for about 60 to 70i minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and leave in the bread pan for about 15 minutes.
Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a cooling rack.
