Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts, trimmed and cut in halve

2 tablespoons olive or canola oil

1/3 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. If you're lining the plan with foil, spray the foil.

3Combine brussel sprouts with remaining ingredients and toss until well coated.

4Spread out on the cookie sheet (not touching).

5Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Serve immediately.
