This refreshing, healthy green smoothie is easy to make, good for you, and tastes great!

  • Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients

1 cup of water

1 cup of spinach

1 apple (any kind)

½ cucumber

A 1 inch sized chunk of fresh peeled ginger

1 peeled lemon

Directions

1Toss all ingredients in your blender to desired consistency. You can also add 2 or 3 ice cubes if you like cold drinks.
