Super easy, healthy, budget-friendly green bean saute recipe.
8 ounces of fresh green beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 finely minced cloves garlic
Salt and black pepper
1Cut off the top and bottom ends of green beans, rinse well and set aside.
2Heat the olive oil in a pan and saute green beans, salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes
3Add minced garlic and continue cooking until until light brown and the green beans are cooked but still crisp.
4Transfer to serving bowl and serve immediately.
