Great Tasting Kale Smoothie

This healthy smoothie tastes so good it will feel like a special treat.

  • Cook: 5 mins
  • Yields: 1 to 2 cups

Ingredients

1 cup kale

1/2 apple with skin (any variety)

1 good sized carrot with skin

1 frozen banana w/o peel

1 cup almond milk

3/4 cup ice

Directions

1Add ingredients to blender

2Blend on high for 60 to 90 seconds until smooth

3Enjoy!

You can add extras like honey, a date, or a dash of cinnamon, flax seeds, turmeric. You can also use coconut or soy milk instead of almond milk.
