Cheese and Herb Oven Fries

These potato wedges are delish and good for you too.

Ingredients

3 large potatos (Russet) cut into wedges

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Dash of salt and pepper

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Directions

1Preheat oven to 425

2In a bowl, toss potatoes in olive oil to coat

3Add herbs, salt and pepper and toss again.

4Roast potatoes, turning occasionally until light brown (approx 1/2 hour

5Sprinkle potatoes with cheese and roast again for 5 minutes

6Serve and Enjoy
