Aromatherapy is is a really soothing way uses your sense of smell to help improve your mood, relieve stress and help you relax. I know for me simply lighting a lavender soy candle and change the mood of my office. A friend of mine carries her own little jar of Basil oil in her purse for stressful moments and a whiff of it brings her back to a happy place 🙂
